Our entire building is equipped with wireless high-speed internet making it the perfect place to host business and team meetings. Our rental rates are for room rentals during regular open hours. Any after-hours rentals will include a security and staff charge of $25 an hour.

Multipurpose Room Rental
Our open floor plan, multipurpose room is the ideal choice for large gatherings. If you’re looking for a room to rent for your party or event this is a great choice.
The elevator opens directly into this room making it easily accessible for wheelchair users as you can access the elevator directly from the main lobby.
The tables in this room can seat 64 people and there’s a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and microwave.

Kitchen Rental
We have a commercial kitchen available to rent. It’s the perfect room to teach a cooking class for adults or children. It’s also ideal for any cooking clubs who want to get together to cook or bake something.

Our high-quality boardroom is the perfect room to rent for small business meetings. Our boardroom holds up to 15 people and is equipped with wireless high-speed internet.

Meeting Room Rental
We have two meeting rooms that can easily be adapted to all kinds of meetings, programs, and classes. Both of our meeting rooms accommodate up to 40 people. There are tables, chairs, whiteboards, and wireless internet included in both meeting rooms.

Community Room Rental
The community room is free for all approved 5013c organizations such as 4-H and scouts. Our community room can also be rented out for other events and societies.
The community room easily accommodates 20 people around the large table. Our set up allows for easy interaction amongst attendees making it ideal for children’s clubs and societies.
There is also a large dry erase board mounted on the wall which makes it perfect for teaching classes too.

Spots for our gym rental fill up fast so contact us as early on in the year as possible to secure a time slot for your team.
Our gym isn’t just for sports games and can be a great choice for meetings and presentations. With the original bleachers in place, our gym can hold a lot of attendees.

SHELTER RESERVATIONS AND RENTAL
Outdoor Shelter Rental Ohio
We offer a stunning outdoor shelter that you can rent for your parties, get-togethers, and events.
Our shelter is a large open space that’s perfect for big groups. There is plenty of outdoor seating available and it’s completely covered so you can enjoy your meet-up, even if it rains!
Shelter Policies
If a reservation notice isn’t posted then the shelter is available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis for no fee.
If you are occupying the shelter without a reservation you must vacate the shelter if a party with a reservation for that date and time arrives.
Reservations can be made a year in advance of the day’s date and applicants must be 18 and over to reserve the shelter.
Rates And Deposits
Resident/Member rate: $25 half-day, $30 full day
Non-resident/Non-member rate: $50 half-day, $60 full day
Deposit: A $50 deposit is required for both residents and non-residents.
The deposit will be returned to you when the staff has verified that the shelter is clean and in good condition.
Full payments are due at the time of reservation - check or cash only.
Usage Guidelines
- Supervision of minors is required at all times.
- Fires are not permitted. There is a grill for use with charcoal only.
- Pets are allowed but must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet or suitably caged.
- You must clean up after pets.
- Posting signs is prohibited.
- The use of tape, glue, nails, tacks, screws, staples, or other fasteners that may scratch or otherwise damage surfaces of the shelter, tables, or other equipment is prohibited.
- The area must be cleaned prior to departures - trash receptacles are provided.
- Alcohol is not permitted.
- No parking on the grass please park in the designated areas only.

How do I book a date?
Get in touch with us to book a date. Our main number is 937-335-3822 or you can stop by the Elizabeth Township Community Center during business hours to reserve a date, complete the paperwork and pay a deposit.

Call and check availability. We’ll pencil you in until you come to fill out the paperwork and put down a deposit.

Is parking available? Is it free?
We have a lot of available parking and it’s completely free.

Yes, we charge extra after-hours security and staff charge of $25 an hour

May we use real candles for our event?
No, you can’t use real candles as they’re a fire hazard but you’re welcome to use electrical candles.

What audiovisual or amenities does ETCC have?
We can provide you with a podium, whiteboard, and screen depending on the needs of your event.
