A cleaner community is a happier, healthier place to live. By working together to remove trash, we keep our community clean by picking up litter along our roads and ditches. Taking just a few hours to volunteer can make a long-lasting impact on the well-being of our community.
Spring is approaching, so it’s time for our Annual Trash Cleanup! From Saturday, April 5th to Saturday, April 19th, 2025, community members will come together to pick up litter along our township roadsides and ditches, helping to keep Elizabeth Township clean, safe, and beautiful. This event is a great opportunity to show pride in our community, connect with neighbors, and make a visible difference in the place we call home.
Dates: Saturday, April 5th - Saturday, April 19th, 2025 (2 weeks long)
Registration & Supply Pick-Up Location: Elizabeth Township Community Center (ETCC) Front Desk - 5760 E. Walnut Grove Rd., Troy, Ohio
Register during ETCC Hours of Business:
We encourage residents to register at the Elizabeth Township Community Center. When you sign up, trash bags and rubber gloves will be available. Leave orange trash bags with general refuse by the side of the road and call Nic for pick up. Clear trash bags are also available for aluminum and glass recyclables; separate bags for each type, should be left by the side of the road. Call Nic at 937-216-0579 and he will pick up these bags as well. Volunteers do not need to take the trash home.
Together, we can make a difference! Let’s all work together to keep Elizabeth Township beautiful!
For more information or to sign up, visit the Community Center or call Nic Rice at 937-216-0579.
