Attention Artisans! Reserve Your Spot to Sell at the 5th Annual ETCC Craft Bazaar!

Calling all creative minds, talented bakers, and crafty hands! The Elizabeth Township Community Center (ETCC) is hosting its 5th Annual Craft Bazaar and we're looking for YOU to showcase your amazing work and tasty treats!

This year's event will be held on Saturday, November 2nd from 9 am to 2 pm. We're seeking talented artisans in a variety of areas, including:

  • Handmade Items
  • Sewing crafts
  • Paper crafts
  • Wood signs and crafts
  • Woodworking Projects
  • Jewelry
  • Glass art
  • Baked Goods
  • Food
  • Miami East clothes or school spirit gear
  • Custom tumblers
  • Candles and scents
  • Essential oils
  • Other unique items

Last year we added food trucks to the lineup! If you have a food truck and would like to set up in the ETCC parking lot, contact Nic at 937-216-0579 for details and to reserve a spot.

Here are the details:

  • Limited Vendors: Only 20 spots are available! Reserve yours early.
  • Booth Space: $10 for a 10ft x 5ft area
  • Table Rental: (limited number available) $10 for a 5ft x 30in table
  • Electricity: A few electric spots are available. Request spaces early!
  • Internet for Credit Card Payments: The Internet is available throughout the whole building for your credit card reader or for taking online orders
  • Elevator access for easy unloading and access to the area
  • Free Parking: Lots of free, convenient, off-street parking available
  • Early set up is available on November 1st from 12 pm to 6 pm at no extra charge
  • Sign-up deadline is October 22nd but don’t wait since space is limited

Contact Nic at 937-216-0579 to reserve your spot. Booth payment must be received in advance to secure your space. You can drop off cash or check at the Elizabeth Township Community Center or mail payment with your name, phone number, and overview of your goods to 5760 E Walnut Grove Rd, Troy, OH 45373.
